Troubleshooting
Fix common issues: offline dashboard, false positives, and false bans.
Solutions for the most common problems reported when running Raven Anticheat.
Dashboard shows offline
Raven connects out to the dashboard over a secure WebSocket, so there is nothing to expose or forward. There are no ports to open and no proxy host to set.
- Make sure Raven is running and updated to the latest version.
- Allow outbound HTTPS (port 443) to ws.ravenac.net from the server.
- Restart the server after updating Raven.
Too many false positives
- Confirm Raven is installed correctly and loaded on all required resources (see Configuration Overview).
- Disable only the specific detection type that misfires, not the whole feature.
- Whitelist trusted events and models instead of turning protections off. See Server Event Protections and Entities Spawn Protection.
A detection might be a false ban
Review the log evidence before punishing a player. See Review a potential false ban.
