1. 返金なしのポリシー
As outlined in our Terms of Service, given the nature of digital software and services:
- All payments for Raven Anticheat licenses are final.
- We generally do not offer refunds. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases entirely at our own discretion.
- By purchasing our service, you acknowledge that you are paying for access during a specific term and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been delivered.
2. サブスクリプションと更新
Plans are subscriptions that auto-renew at the end of each term. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard, and your license stays active until the end of the current term. At checkout you may also choose a one-time payment instead of auto-renewal, in which case your license expires at the end of the paid term unless you make a new payment to renew it.
3. 返金なしのポリシーの理由
Our no-refund policy exists because Raven Anticheat is a digital product that cannot be returned once delivered. Anti-cheat software is also sensitive: if refunds were easy to get, someone could buy a license, study how the detection works, and refund it without ever meaning to run a real server.
4. テクニカルサポート
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide technical support to make sure the service works correctly on your server. If you run into issues with installation, configuration, or day-to-day operation, the support team is available via Discord.
5. ライセンスの移管
Instead of refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, allow for license transfers between servers. Please note that each license is valid for a single server only, and attempting to use a license on multiple servers simultaneously violates our Terms of Service and may result in license termination.
6. 請求の誤りや不正な請求
In cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized purchases, please contact us immediately through our Discord server at https://www.ravenac.net/discord with evidence of the error. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken according to applicable laws and payment processor policies.
7. 購入前の確認
Review our service offerings, system requirements, and compatibility information before buying. Join the Discord to ask questions and get a clear picture of how the product works before you commit.
8. 不可抗力
Raven Anticheat will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
