How reviews work
Only customers who own a server on Raven can leave a review, and they do it from their dashboard. Each customer has one review on this page at a time. A newer review replaces their older one. The average and the counts above include every published review.
Every review is published unless it falls under one of these. We never remove a review for its rating.
- Harassing, obscene or discriminatory content
- Personal information about another person
- Confidential information
- Clearly false or misleading claims
- Not a genuine customer review
- Not about Raven or our service
- Spam or advertising
Verified purchase means the reviewer paid for a licence. Free licence means they got theirs for free, for example as a server boost reward. Raven staff and Partner mark reviewers who work with us. You can remove your own review at any time from your dashboard.
