These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user" or "licensee") and Raven Anticheat ("we", "us", "Raven Anticheat"), the provider of the Raven Anticheat resource for FiveM ("Product") and its associated dashboard, Discord bot, and supporting services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the website, purchasing a license, downloading the Product, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By accepting these Terms - including by checking the "I agree to the Terms" box at signup, by clicking "Continue with Discord" or "Continue with Google", or by otherwise using the Service - you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your country's data-protection law, including 16 in Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Croatia). The eligibility rules in Section 4a are part of, and accepted with, these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Purchasing a License does not require an account. After purchase you receive your License Key by email and on the receipt page. To redeem a License against a Server, you sign in to the dashboard. We support three sign-in methods, and you may use any of them on the same account:
If you sign in with a Google or Discord account whose email matches an existing verified account on our system, the methods are linked into the same account. If your existing account is not yet verified, you must verify it (by signing in with email and password and confirming the code we send) before another method can be linked to it.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and License Key secure. Anyone with the License Key can redeem it once. We will not transfer redeemed Licenses between accounts as a result of credential loss. You can manage linked sign-in methods, change your password, change your email, export your data, or delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old where required by your country's data-protection law, including Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Croatia) to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts where we have reason to believe the user is below the minimum age.
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the minimum age. If you believe we may have collected information from a child below the minimum age, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
Prices are listed on the website in US dollars (USD). All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers - they remain with Stripe.
Every plan (Monthly, 3 Months, Lifetime) is a one-time charge for the stated duration. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions. Time-bound plans expire at the end of their term unless you manually purchase a new License.
All listed prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent indirect tax. Where we are required to collect tax in your jurisdiction, the tax amount is calculated at checkout based on the billing address you provide and is itemised separately on your receipt. The amount you are charged is the listed price plus the tax line.
Example: the Lifetime plan is listed at USD 100.00. If your jurisdiction levies an 18% indirect tax, the total charged at checkout is USD 118.00 (USD 100.00 + USD 18.00 tax). If your jurisdiction levies no tax we collect for, you are charged the listed USD 100.00.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that the License Key is delivered immediately and that all sales are final. Refunds are governed by Section 6 and the dedicated Refund Policy.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, server shutdown, framework migration, hosting issues, or any other reason within your control.
In rare circumstances - for example a verifiable double charge, a duplicate License purchased due to a checkout glitch, or a confirmed defect that prevents the Product from running and that we are unable to resolve - the support team may, entirely at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund. Refunds are never automatic and there is no right to a refund.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently revoke any License associated with a chargeback and to ban the buyer from future purchases.
Each License is valid for one Server (one IP:Port combination) at a time. Running the same License on multiple Servers simultaneously, sharing it with another community, or attempting to bypass the License Key check is a material breach of these Terms.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a License to be moved to a different Server upon request. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be denied without explanation.
When using the Service you agree not to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your License without refund.
When the Product detects cheating or exploit attempts on a player, that player may be banned from your Server and added to the global ban database shared across all Raven Anticheat customers. Bans issued by the detection engine are final.
If you are a server owner and believe a player was banned in error, you may open a support ticket with the relevant ban ID and player identifiers. We do not reverse bans related to confirmed cheat detection. Server owners can manually unban players from their own server through the dashboard at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or detect every form of cheating.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your License in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost players, or reputational harm.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to that handling.
The Service depends on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Discord (authentication and bot), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, security incidents, or policy changes at these providers.
All trademarks, copyrights, source code, and other intellectual property in the Product and Service belong to Raven Anticheat. Your License grants only the right to run the Product as described in Section 3. No other rights are conveyed.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for conduct we judge harmful to the Service or its community. On termination you must stop using the Product and remove all copies from your systems.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Pricing and Payment, Refunds, Warranties and Liability, Intellectual Property, Governing Law) survive.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a revision means you accept the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You waive any right to bring claims as a class member.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Raven Anticheat regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
