Dashboard shows offline
Live monitoring needs the server reachable from the internet.
- Open the required server ports in your firewall or hosting panel.
- Make sure the server is exposed directly, not behind a proxy.
- Restart the server after changing your network setup.
Too many false positives
- Confirm Raven is installed correctly and loaded on all required resources (see Configuration Overview).
- Disable only the specific detection type that misfires, not the whole feature.
- Whitelist trusted events and models instead of turning protections off. See Server Event Protections and Entities Spawn Protection.
A detection might be a false ban
Review the log evidence before punishing a player. See Review a potential false ban.
