These are the exploits your players report, usually before an admin sees them. Godmode, noclip, speed and teleport all change what a character does in the world, so everyone standing nearby notices.
That visibility is why catching them quickly matters. The longer one runs, the more players see it and the more reports your staff have to answer.
The tuning question is not whether to detect them but where the line sits. A stunt server, a drift server and a serious roleplay server disagree about what a normal speed value looks like, which is why the thresholds are configurable instead of fixed.
